1/41 Ellerton Road Mount Eden, Auckland City

A property with a twist! This 1920's bungalow is ripe for the picking when it comes to potential. Solid as rock, yet tired as can be, this is a blank canvas to add your own flair and turn it into something quite special.

The current owner has set the first stages of the development in place, so you can continue down this path and he is happy to provide you with the plans which subdivide the section info 2, along with plans for two, 4 bedroom townhouses. Or leave that option for the future.

Conveniently situated next door to the ever popular Maungawhau School the property consists of 592m2 more or less of road frontage land.

Ellerton Rd and the surrounding area is well established with a mix of old elegant homes and new modern builds. It's a short drive from here to Mt Eden shops and the city.

The property has been in the same family for over 27 years. These opportunities don't come along very often.

The owner is heading to Christchurch to live and wants it sold.
