Growing up among the vineyards of West Auckland, Wayne initially embarked on a career as a civil engineer. In 1994 Wayne made the shift to real estate and in his first year became the highest earner in his office. In 2001 he began the next stage of his career managing and opening a new real estate office in Herne Bay where initially he was the sole occupant. “Management was simple with a staff of one”

Over the years this office grew to become one of the best performers in the area with an incredibly strong and successful sales team. From here Wayne became responsible for simultaneously managing multiple real estate offices within Central Auckland Suburbs.

Wayne has a genuine enthusiasm for his profession and welcomes the variety and challenges his role entails.

“The aim is to assist as much as possible with both sellers and buyer’s endeavours to progress, what in most cases, is the largest transaction in their life. Real estate has confirmed for me that the vast majority of people are fantastic, and I enjoy working alongside them to achieve their goals and ambitions.”

Wayne has a firm belief that life is a gift and the zest he has for it makes each day an enjoyable challenge. It also leads him to give back and he is a keen volunteer with Lifeline and in 2020 organized a successful charity art sale. In his spare time Wayne loves to surf, walk, cycle, and follow sporting interests as well as spend time with family.
