Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life!  Well Stephen loves what he does and can assure you he works hard at it. Because it’s not just about him when it comes to real estate - it’s about the team support and the clients Stephen has a responsibility toward.  

Stephen has worked in the real estate industry for over 18 years starting off as the ‘sign guy’ way back in 2001, working his way up to being a successful sales consultant before discovering the joy of auctioneering, heading into regional management roles as well as working as a Manager in a  number of successful offices and he truly believe real estate is in his blood. Even when Stephen is not working, he makes himself available to call auctions and give advice on fundraising ideas for numerous charities, schools and organisations throughout Auckland and New Zealand.  

Having called in excess of 5000 auctions, with results exceeding $500,000 over the reserve, Stephen understands what it takes when it comes to being a successful auctioneer - empathy, understanding, negotiation skills and likability.  These skills are no different than what it takes to be a trustworthy Manager. He has been lucky to work with some great brands in his time and particularly lucky to now be the Sales Manager at Ray White Parnell .
