Hannah Moloney has an unparalleled range of skills and depth of expertise in the real estate business. Her lengthy real estate track record both in Auckland and the Bay of Plenty establishes Hannah as a well-informed multitasking salesperson. Working from her Ray White Parnell office, Hannah focusses on the central suburbs extending west to her home neighbourhoods of Point Chevalier and Waterview.
Employed in all facets of the industry for much of her working life, Hannah started her career as a real estate office receptionist and PA. She rapidly proved her worth becoming a licensed salesperson in 2012 and was subsequently employed as National Franchise Support Manager for the head office of the same high-profile real estate brand. Her role involved trust accounting, group financial management and liaising with stakeholders and franchisees. She then joined Spark New Zealand for three years project managing events and marketing before joining New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) in a senior EA role. In early 2020 she founded The Assistant – a company dedicated to providing personalised administrative assistance which is still operating today. She returned to her first love in 2021 and joined Ray White Parnell as a licensee salesperson.
Hannah carefully guides her sellers and buyers through the process, understanding in microscopic detail the stages and steps needed to get them to their desired outcome. Hannah has always been valued for her reassuring manner at a time when people are on a roller coaster of emotions towards selling a home. She’s perceptive and intuitive – a skill that’s imperative in the middle of critical negotiations. Fearless, confident, and articulate Hannah successfully builds trusted real estate relationships, safeguarding her client’s aspirations and placing them at front and centre of everything she does.
A keen sailor and member of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, when Hannah is not on land enabling the sale of homes, she is hoisting sails in the Waitemata Harbour and Hauraki Gulf.
