Danika Ansley

Licensee Salesperson

Danika Ansley joined Ray White Parnell in 2020 and is a newly licensed salesperson operating as a Sales Associate on Tanya Kwasa’s highly successful team. Danika focuses on serving clients looking to buy or sell a home in the Central Auckland area. As a born and bred Aucklander, Danika is very familiar with the region, well-networked and committed to her community.

Growing up around a family business in flooring, her interest was piqued in property improvement and home renovations from an early age. Working alongside her father and witnessing his dedication to his business and customers, fostered in Danika natural leadership skills and a great eye for detail, colour, and style. This heightens her ability to know what to look for when matching you with the right home. Social, sporty and competitive, Danika initially studied Criminology at university before moving into a role with Stirling Sports. Combining two of her passions – helping people and sport – Danika became one of their top salespeople. An ambition to travel the world led to Danika joining Virgin International as a Cabin Crew member and for the next three years, Danika travelled extensively. She honed her customer service skills in a high-stress industry where using your instincts, understanding the customer’s needs and upholding safety regulations was critical. Having always kept an eye on the real estate market, Danika was ready to move into it when COVID hit the travel industry in 2020. She resolved to make a career out of real estate where helping people and building relationships is at its core – as it is with her personally.

Danika brings a range of life and career skills to her role in real estate. Astute, perceptive, and a good listener, she is adept at troubleshooting in a high-pressure environment. These experiences, her warm manner, and high energy vibe equip her perfectly for the real estate profession. In her spare time Danika goes to the gym and runs marathons – raising money for charity along the way.
